We would like to keep our vehicles clean and fresh, so we do not allow smoking. You get unlimited stops so you can ask the driver to pull over for a smoke break and they will when it's safe to do so.
We encourage you to drink on the bus as long as you provide your own alcohol! Everyone has to be over the age of 21 or there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.
You are welcome to! Just try to keep it to the non messy foods. If the vehicle is left in a huge mess, there might be a cleaning fee.
We do not have any hidden fees. When you get your quote, that price will be what we charge you. We will also inform you of any other potential charges you may come across such as a cleaning fee or a damage charge.
People of all ages are welcomed on the vehicles, you just have to be smart with watching children as there is no seat belts. If there are children and those who are under the age of 21, there cannot be a drop of alcohol on the vehicle.
You cannot cancel your reservation. You will have to pay for the whole service even if you couldn't use it. You also can not change the date of your reservation. You might be able to change the time or the vehicle depending on availability.
You do not have to tip the driver if you don't want to. Tipping is a great way to show the driver you liked the service they performed for you. It's greatly appreciated.
Don't worry, you are not charged a high fee for going over. Just call us and let us know if you are running late or would like to add some more time on. You will be charged your normal hourly rate.
